Just come back from the first vision of a great villa in a residence near Lecce, south of Puglia. I am in touch with the owner in order to rent it for the next summer. The villa is really nice: three bedrooms (maybe four for the next holiday season), four bathrooms, the kitchen and a big outdoor space. It’s located in a village with several facilities and services like the big swimming pool of the previous picture, a market, a restaurant, a bowl, a reserved parking and so on. Perfect for your summer vacation just 1 km distant from some of the best beaches of Puglia.
This morning I have seen this house in Puglia for the first time. The house is in the old town of Guagnano, in Salento. It’s an ancient house to renovate because it has been abandoned for several years, a traditional house with vaultings, we call this local way of roofing volte a stella (stella means star). The house is composed by 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a garden of about 500 mq which is really great to have just in the middle of the town! I like this garden with some orange and fig trees and more trees and plants, I can imagine what could become after a bit of work of upkeep: a little mediterranean paradise.
